This 4th theme is paramount to a successful career or mission, taking the day-to-day challenges in communication and strategizing so that whoever is involved gets fully engaged, with clarity of purpose, motivation, and resilience in this type of times we’re living in. Additionally, for new leaders or managers who are leading a team of people for the first time or have limited experience, emphasize coaching with empathy as a style of leadership and coach them to coach their team.
Navigating uncertainties, transition, new stakeholders and getting a new position or responsibility, post-merger coping with a new culture to align to, understand it faster, and cope bringing along resistant teams and pulling out difficult challenges with peace of mind and self-confidence. This is about being on purpose and playing a meaningful influence, inspiring most stakeholders, engaging them, playing by model, connecting to ourselves, and creating a more powerful presence and branding. This is the second largest segment of our clients using coaching as a springboard to reach personal and company objectives, scale, engage and reach uncontestable high performance.
From the tragic and intense theme of divorce or couples and family crisis to handling a challenging situation with a boss or a direct report in an organization, the blend of coaching and mediation trainings, certifications, apprenticeship and many years of practice and processing hundreds of cases and clients gives this practice two brands, one name (mine) and a team of people working with me, to create a comfortable and warm environment for people who need our support and expertise.
